The Flourish Way™ Experience is a 3-part transformational method.

For each part of the process, we’ll unlock how you’re affected in all parts of your life: physical, emotional, mental, spiritual, financial, sexual, and social.

First, you will UNWIND and UNLEARN.

You’ve adapted to life taking on certain behaviors and beliefs based on your life events and the people who you’ve been around.

We’ll take the time to discover and release anything that’s no longer serving your greatest good.

Second, you will RESTORE and REPLENISH.

Once we’ve cleared away what’s not needed, we’ll fill the space with best practices for you.

We’ll make sure your cup gets filled first and do what’s necessary to keep you from becoming drained again.

Third, you will EXPAND and EMERGE.

This is when you’ll get to see what’s truly possible for you when you’re connected to yourself and your purpose.

We’ll create a plan for the best life for you and give you the tools to keep you moving forward in joy, excitement, and vibrancy.

How does it work?

Registering for the program will allow you immediate access to Phase 1 of the program. You will work through the content at your own pace. You'll gain access to the 2nd and 3rd phases monthly for the next 2 months.

You're welcome to become part of our private Facebook Community where you can share your experiences and ask questions of me and the group.

Meet Your Guide:

Hi. I’m Jen Owen. I’m an Integrative Medicine Nurse Practitioner, Pelvic Bowl Healing Expert, Herbalist, Nutritional Consultant, and Certified Big Leap  Coach.

I’ve been working in the health and wellness arena for since 1992. Currently, I own and operate a Healing Center and Integrative Medicine Clinic in Portland, Oregon.

For many months, I had been meditating on a way to bring all of my knowledge, skills, and gifts together in one offering to empower women into living their fullest and most vibrant lives.

The Flourish Way™ Experience is it! I combine it all to help you move out of old thoughts, patterns, and behaviors into a state of being where you can truly FLOURISH.
