Restore & Replenish

transformation Aug 12, 2023

Hopefully you read the last blog and you understand the first step in transformation to "unwind and unlearn". If you missed it, read it here.

Step Two of transformation is to Restore and Replenish.

Once you've taken off all the layers that don't belong to you or are no longer serving you, the you underneath it all is going to need a little bit of nourishment. You’ve been kinda in there, stuck in there. We’ve got to restore and replenish you.

Restore means, "to bring back into existence, use, or the like. Reestablish. To bring back to a former, original, or normal condition, to bring back to a state of health, soundness or vigor. To restore, reproduce, or reconstruct". That’s restore, isn’t it a great word?

Then replenish, "to make full or complete again as if by supplying what is lacking, used up, etc. To fill again or anew. So, we’re going to get you back to you, and then we’re going to restore you into your full capacity."

Who doesn't want all of that?

Restoring and replenishing includes creating high vibe emotions in your life, learning how to stay fully present moment to moment, saying "no" when you mean no, and learning to know what YOU really want, instead of doing what pleases everyone else.

One of the first steps to restoring and replenishing is to breathe....stop right now and take 3 deep belly breaths. Notice how refreshed you fell when you do this.

Consider setting an alert on your phone for every few hours to remind you to take a few deep breaths.

This alone will bring you to the present moment, connect you to your body, and bring vital energy to all parts of you.
